OTTAWA — At least two non-injury accidents Saturday were blamed on the rain storms that lashed the area. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Andrew Braselton, 19, Wichita,was driving north on I-35 on the east side of Ottawa when he lost control of his car on the wet pavement and struck a guardrail. Phillip Rush, 33, Oxford, was also driving on I-35 when he slid into a car driven by Dorothy Olsen, 76, Kansas City, who was trying to avoid hitting Braselton.
