COLONY — An 18-year-old Colony woman was taken to Anderson County Hospital, Garnett, because of an accident southwest of Colony Tuesday afternoon. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Italy Champayne Loving was driving east on 200th Road, met a westbound vehicle on Florida Road and lost control of her car. It went into the ditch, struck a culvert and overturned. The Highway Patrol didn’t identify the other vehicle. Troopers said Loving was wearing a seatbelt.
