COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Ottawa High School students Lindsay Frank and Anna Stone are national history champs. They received first in the National History Day senior group exhibit for their exhibit on Upton Sinclair’s “The Jungle” and how it affected American culture and politics. Their teacher Candie Cambpell was jubilant and said they were grateful for the support they’ve received from Ottawa.
