OTTAWA — Ottawa police received two reports of thefts from parked vehicles Wednesday. Several items were taken from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of North Cleveland. Police said Quinton Keen, 18, Baldwin City; and Nicholas Reimonenq, 18, Ottawa; were arrested in connection with the theft. Police say a CD player was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of South Locust.
