OTTAWA — Tuesday night’s concert by the Ottawa City Band will have an international flavor with the Irish Rhapsody and music selections written by Franz Schubert, Vaughn Williams and “The Lion King” by Elton John and Tim Rice. Of course, there will be something by American march king, John Philip Sousa, in this case his “Salute to Kansas.” The band will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the City Park gazebo.
