OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital’s revenues have dropped this year, compared to last year. Hospital CEO Larry Felix said the revenue picture isn’t good but not yet a crisis. Because of the economy, many people have lost their jobs or changed jobs and have lost their health insurance, which cuts the revenues for the hospital, he said. In addition, many people are postponing elective surgeries, he said.
