TOPEKA – Gov. Mark Parkinson has named deputy bank commissioner Judi Stork as the acting bank commissioner of Kansas following the resignation of Tom Thull, who has accepted a position with the Federal Home Loan Bank. The office of the state bank commissioner regulates all state-chartered banks and trust companies, savings and loan companies, mortgage businesses, supervised lenders and money transmitters.
