OTTAWA — A 34-year-old Ottawa man has been arrested in connection with the possible rape of two juveniles Monday. Ottawa Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said a parent reported a man entered a backyard in the 800 block of South Poplar and may have sexually assaulted two juveniles. Using a description given by the parent, police arrested the man. Larry Wayne Miller is in jail on suspicion of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. He is awaiting a district court appearance.
