WASHINGTON — United Pet Group is recalling all unexpired lots of its Pro-Pet Adult Daily Vitamin Supplement tablets for dogs. The Food and Drug Administration said the vitamins may be contaminated by salmonella. Contaminated vitamins can be harmful to dogs and can be hazardous to anyone handling the vitamins. The product was sold nationally at various retailers Look for 100-count white plastic bottles with a light blue label and with expiration dates on or before 06/13, and the UPC code 26851-01800.
