OTTAWA — The Franklin County commissioners recognized the service anniversaries of several county employees Wednesday. Five years: Roy Lee Bishop, Orvel Broce, Rodney Crane, Jim Haag, and Roger Higbie of public works; Paul Golden of maintenance; Timothy Hough, juvenile detention; John Raney of planning and building; and Janice Swallow of solid waste. 10 years: Lonie Reed of public works, and Michael Voigts of the sheriff’s department. 15 years: Jeff Curry, sheriff’s department; Julie Roehl, community corrections; Pamela Sheffield, EMS; and Arlene Udelhoften, register of deeds. 20 years: Loren Evans, EMS; Steve Lunger, sheriff’s department; and Mary Ann Parkin, health department. 25 years: David Vestal, public works. 30 years: Connie Jacobs, jail; and Roger Stambaugh, sheriff’s department.
