POMONA — Lights, action … and sirens. County emergency management director Alan Radcliffe says you’ll see lots of activity on the west edge of Pomona this morning as part of a disaster exercise involving a natural-gas pipeline. Fire, police and emergency personnel as well as pipeline company workers will take part in the drill, he said. The exercise is required by the state but is also good preparation for the real thing, he said.
