OTTAWA — The Ottawa Suzuki Institute Orchestras’ concert under the direction of Kirsten Marshall, Ithaca, N.Y., will be tonight at 7 at the Ottawa University chapel. The concert is free and open to the public. The final Institute concert will be Friday night at 7 at OU Chapel.
