OLATHE — Two Kansas Republican conservatives are touting their wins in the Olathe Republican picnic straw poll on Saturday. Senatorial candidate Todd Tiarht and secretary of state candidate Kris Kobach pointed to their overwhelming wins in the straw poll. Congressman Tiarht is battling Cong. Jerry Moran for the GOP nomination for U.S. Senate. Kobach is in a three-way Republican primary. Other candidates include J.R. Claeys and Elizbeth Ensley.
