OTTAWA — The Brian Lewis Young Artist Program is under way and goes through July 9. The program, in which 12 gifted violinists up to 18 years old receive free tuition, is in its third year. They’ll perform in a concert July 8 at Ottawa University Chapel with the Ottawa Chamber Symphony.
