NEW YORK CITY — Two specialty food companies from Louisburg have been at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City this week. Rabbit Creek Products and Louisburg Cider Mill are among eight Kansas companies at the Kansas Pavilion sponsored by the Kansas Department of Commerce’s Rural Development Division. The New York food show ends today and will probably have more than 30,000 buyers from specialty food, wine, gift and department stores, supermarkets, restaurants and related businesses attending.
