TOPEKA–State Senator Derek Schmidt says if he is elected to the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, he wants to join a number of other states who have filed a lawsuit contending the new Federal Health Care Law is unconstitutional. He criticizes incumbent Stephen Six for refusing to fight the new law.
