OTTAWA — Ottawa police said 23-year-old Fang Chun Wu, Ottawa, man pulled into the Casey’s General Store on West Seventh Street Sunday afternoon and dashed in to buy an item. Police said while the car was sitting there, someone jumped in and drove off.
