RICHMOND — The 86th annual Richmond Free Fair begins today with exhibits being brought in this morning, with judging of entries and games for kids this evening. The Richmond fair goes through Saturday. Sister Loretta Roeckers, one of this year’s fair organizers, said the community pitches in and shares the responsibilities in putting on the fair each year. Studio H, John Williams and Frankie Diamond will perform tonight.
