KINCAID — A 41-year-old Yates Center man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a crash of two semi-trucks near Kincaid. The Kansas Highway Patrol identified the man who was killed as Randolph Stinnett. Troopers said Stinnett was driving his truck south on U.S. 59 west of Kincaid. Troopers said that Roger Schocke, 39, Overland Park, had stopped at the U.S. 59/K-31 junction and pulled in front of Stinnett. Stinnett’s truck hit Schocke’s trailer, went into the ditch and rolled over. Schocke wasn’t injured. Troopers said a passenger in Stinnett’s truck, Carlee Douglas, 9, Yates Center, received possible injuries and was taken to Anderson County Hospital in Garnett.
