OTTAWA — A candidates forum, put on by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee, will be Tuesday night at 7 at the Franklin County Annex. Nearly all of the candidates for county commission seats have indicated they will attend.
Many legislative and some state candidates have also said they will attend. Candidates at the forum will field questions from the committee and from the public. County commissioners Sue Farrell, Don Hay and Don Stottlemire face Republican primary opposition, and if he wins the republican primary, Stottlemire also will face the only Democrat to file for the commission.
