OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission gave an OK Monday to the Ottawa Coop’s proposal for handling anhydrous ammonia fertilizer. The coop doesn’t have quite enough to handle all the anhydrous it needs and it’s adapting its procedures for how it handles it, said city manager Richard Nienstedt.
