TOPEKA — Kansas National Guard will have ceremonies in Topeka to welcome members of 2nd Battalion, 130th Field Artillery who have been deployed as peacekeepers in the Sinai Desert in Egypt. One ceremony was today. The other will be Saturday. The 130th is headquartered in Hiawatha and one of its units is in Ottawa.
