OTTAWA — Ottawa police said someone stole several items from another unlocked parked vehicle in the 100 block of East Ninth sometime before Thursday morning. Burglaries from unlocked parked cars have been a long-running problem. Ottawa police said you should lock it whenever you park and leave your vehicle.
