OTTAWA — The Prairie Paws animal shelter will host a Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting at its new animal shelter on east K-68 Friday morning at 8. The shelter will have a grand-opening celebration Saturday afternoon from 1 to 4. Several prizes will be awarded to visitors, including a Garmin GPS unit.
