OSAWATOMIE–It’s a good thing that the Osawatomie Electric Fund has plenty of money….in fact, almost half a million dollars will be transferred from it to the city’s general fund in the 2011 budget. City Manager Bret Glendening told the City Council that the transfer will head off any rise in the property tax mill levy.
