A wreck involving a church camp bus loaded with children occurred on Northbound I-35 mile marker 191 at around 10 this morning. All roads are now open now that clean up crews are finished. There 27 passengers in the school bus. Ambulances responded from Franklin, Miami, and Johnson Counties along with Life Star. One passenger was air lifted and taken to a hospital, while 8 were taken by ambulance. The other 18 were transported to the sheriffs office, with little to no injuries, to be reunited with their family. Sheriff Jeff Currey held a press conference at 12:30.
