OSAWATOMIE — The Osawatomie Streetscape construction project should be done before school starts. Osawatomie city manager Bret Glendening said the work could be done even earlier if rain doesn’t interrupt construction. The project includes street improvements, landscaping and period lighting along some blocks in downtown Osawatomie. City council member Ted Hunter said business owners in those blocks are happy with the project.
