OTTAWA — The parking lot at the Franklin County Annex will be closed this weekend and next weekend so it can be repaired and repaved. County administrator Lisa Johnson says the south side of the annex lot will be closed Friday night at 7. The north side of the lot will remain open for the benefit of patients of the Ottawa Family Physicians clinic. However, all vehicles should be out of the lot by 1 p.m. Saturday, she said. Vehicles left in the lot will be towed at the owners’ expense, she said. The lot will be reopened Monday morning at 6:00. The lot will be closed again next weekend for the second phase of the project.
