WESTPHALIA — A Georgia trucker probably feels pretty lucky these days. A truck pulling a trailer and driven by Steven Crumley was hit by a Union Pacific train in Westphalia Tuesday afternoon. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Crumley wasn’t injured. There was no immediate explanation why the truck was on the tracks.
