OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received reports of three thefts Tuesday. Brass and copper were taken from a work truck parked in front of a residence in the 3400 block of Louisiana Road west of Ottawa. The loss was estimated at $1,600. A tow dolly was stolen from a home in the 300 block of South Ransom Street in Richmond. The loss was estimated at $300. Items were taken from a storage shed at a home in the 300 block of Virginia Road south of Lane and the shed was damaged. The loss was estimated at less than $1,000.
