OTTAWA — The parking lot at the Franklin County Annex will be closed this weekend so it can be repaved and repainted. County administrator Lisa Johnson said the south side of the annex lot will be closed Friday night at 7. The north side of the lot will remain open Saturday morning for the benefit of patients of the Ottawa Family Physicians clinic. However, all vehicles should be out of the lot by 1 p.m. Saturday, she said. Vehicles left in the lot will be towed at the owners’ expense, she said. The lot will be reopened Monday morning at 6.
