OTTAWA — Ottawa enrollment under way at Lincoln School and for eighth graders at Ottawa Middle School. Lincoln Elementary School enrollment is this afternoon until 7. Middle school principal Carmen Schaeffer says because enrollment night is also picture day, your eighth grader should come along and be prepared. OMS enrolls from 5 to 6:30 today. The procedure has been reworked, and using a new checklist, parents should be able to enroll without too much difficulty, she said. There will also be a pool party for eighth graders at 6:30 tonight at the Forest Park pool. Boys should bring two-liter bottles of pop and girls should each bring a bag of chips, she said. Seventh graders and Eugene Field students enroll Wednesday.
