POMONA–Despite being recalled from office, Pomona Mayor Joann Hancock says she has no regrets, and she did the best she could as Mayor. Hancock says some on the City Council don’t know or abide by various state laws. Marie Seneca is set to take over as mayor after the final canvass of votes is completed.
