OTTAWA — The northbound lanes of Princeton Street will be closed tonight beginning at 6 at 21st Street. Crews will replace a box culvert at 21st Street, said Killough Construction’s Rod Harris. The work is part of the state’s plan to improve Old 59 before turning it over to the city. The highway should reopen Friday morning at about 5, Harris said.
