LAWRENCE — Two area students are among a group of Kansas University engineering students and will go to the World Expo in China for a 10-day trip beginning next week. The Madison and Lila Self Engineering Leadership Fellows Program is designed to develop engineering and computer science graduates who can guide technology-based corporations. Colin Davidson, mechanical engineering and business administration student from Miami County; and Kelly Rae Lohmeyer, chemical engineering from Osage City, are among the group heading to China.
