OTTAWA — A 43-year-old Ottawa man probably should have picked a detour.
Delmer Cowsert was pulled over as he drove an ATV on K-68 by the Ottawa Police station early Sunday morning. Driving an ATV on city streets is a no-no. He was also cited for having a suspended driver’s license.
