APPANOOSE — A 49-year-old Pomona man was taken by ambulance to Ransom Memorial Hospital Sunday evening as a result of a one-vehicle accident. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Rusty Taul was driving east on Shawnee Road near Appanoose when his vehicle veered off the road. Deputies said he overcorrected and rolled his vehicle at Shawnee Road and Colorado Road. He was treated and released.
