OTTAWA — A 31-year-old Ottawa man faces charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in connection with last week’s incident in which several people were threatened by an ax in the 800 block of North Poplar Street. Lt. Adam Weingartner said Joshua Crump was arrested by Ottawa police this weekend.
