OTTAWA — Ottawa police busted a couple of men early Tuesday morning in the Plaza Theatre in the 200 block of South Main Street. Police said Cory Moulthrop, 23, Carbondale; and Carl Schaper, 25, Ottawa; were arrested on suspicion of burglary and suspicion of theft.
