KANSAS CITY — Johnson County attorney Samuel Logan has been indicted by a federal grand jury with one count of attempting to entice a minor to have sex and one count of receiving and distributing child pornography. The indictment alleges that Logan used a computer to attempt to solicit a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl. However, the person he was communicating with an undercover officer. The indictment also alleges Logan sent child pornography to the officer.
