Miami County Consumer Sciences Agent Diane Burnett says to always drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If you find yourself becoming very tired, heavy sweating, muscle cramps or pale, you may have heat exhaustion. Whenever you or a loved one seems to be getting sick from the heat, seek medical attention immediately.
