OSAGE CITY–An Osage City sidewalk diner has been ordered closed after the owner allegedly threatened a man. The business license for the Sportsman’s Club was suspended following the arrest of the owner, Michael Capra, on a charge of Aggravated Assault. A report by the Osage City Police Department says on July 17, Capra allegedly used a handgun to threaten another man. Prior to this incident, police have been called to reports of people gathering in the area during times not permitted. There were also accusations that Capra yelled at passers-by, shot off fireworks and got into a verbal argument in the street.
