PARKER — The Linn County Sheriff’s office is asking for help in finding a missing Pittsburg State University student from Parker. 21-year-old Joshua James Hancock was last seen Aug. 5 at a bar at the Great Mall of the Great Plains in Olathe. Hancock is 6-5 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was driving 1990 light-blue Lincoln Town Car with Kansas plates XFNm 412. That car hasn’t been found.
