POMONA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 52-year-old Pomona man was arrested on suspicion of battery Thursday evening as a result of a fight in Pomona. The sheriff’s office said David Felmey got into a disagreement with a tenant, Craig Combs, 42, of Pomona, over the payment of bills. Deputies said Combs was hit in the mouth with a pair of pliers.
