GARNETT — The Anderson County Review reported that the closing of a Garnett convenience store last week remains a puzzle. An employee told the Review that she was told EZ Start had been doing poorly. The Anderson County Treasurer’s office says the business’ personal property taxes and real estate are paid and are up to date. The Kansas Department of Revenue Website doesn’t list the store on its delinquent list.
