LAWRENCE — The third annual exaltation of downtown Lawrence weirdness begins Friday night and gambols through Sunday afternoon. The Buskers Festival will include Mama Lou Strongwoman, a horseless horse act and Bruiser, the world’s biggest dog; and 25 other street performers who will eat or dance with fire, juggle, commit music, do magic and other strange skills. They’ll perform downtown Friday and Saturday and in South Park Sunday afternoon during the Kansas State Fiddling and Picking Championships.
