OTTAWA — A 22-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail in connection with a burglary Monday night in the 200 block of South Locust Street. John Horn was arrested on suspicion of battery against a law enforcement officer, suspicion of burglary and criminal damage to property. The Ottawa police said a Franklin County deputy was attacked while Horn was being arrested.
