OTTAWA — Some philosophers will tell you that it’s the journey and not the destination that’s important. That’s probably not the case for Jonathan Herrick, 23, Ottawa. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a deputy found Herrick very intoxicated and stumbling in the roadway at K-68 and Georgia Road near Richter late Monday night. The sheriff’s office said that when questioned, Herrick gave the deputy a false identity. He was arrested on suspicion of obstruction of justice. His destination – the Franklin County jail.
