OTTAWA — Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner said a chemical leak from a tank at Ottawa Co-op late Wednesday night was minor. An open valve on an anhydrous tank allowed a small release in the 500 block of North Locust, he said. Someone from the co-op responded and closed the valve, he said.
