OTTAWA — The Franklin County Commission is offering its own salute to local veterans. Commissioners voted Wednesday to pay $1,000 each for Veterans Day celebrations in Ottawa and Wellsville. The commission also voted to pay the dump fees for organizers of the Sept. 13 Power of the Past Antique and Tractor Show in Ottawa.
